The discription of the starter solinoid says it is for a 2003 Hobda GL1500C Valkyrie. It looks the part but the battery and starter cable conections are reversed and the cable leads are drilled off center to prevent them from being installed in the opposite positions. As all power to the rest of the bike feeds from the 30amp fuse on the relay, connecting the battery to, what on this part would be the starter wire terminal, results in a dead bike. To me, the part is less than worthless, as it cost more to return, than it did to buy. I will not buy any ALH products nor any other products, from this seller, Tong Tong Trade Co Ltd, through Amazon or any other provider. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for this part. Note: the silver terminal, that goes to the fuse, should be on the right side, not the left.

Tried two of them and neither worked. I don’t think it was the correct part for my bike. OEM part worked

Does not fit gl1500. It will work on a Kawasaki 900 vulcan.

First off, this relay does work for the valkyrie 1500. I’ve had it on my bike since April 2019. However, the input/output terminals are not in the same place as the stock relay. It took me way too much time and fiddling around to finally figure it out with the help of Big Bill the traveling Valk mechanic (rip). It’s also only lasted me a couple years. Not great, but it worked ok long enough for me to get the $8 of use out of it. Definitely a 2 star product.
