Even though these tanks are pressure tested from the factory. We recommend sealing any custom tank with POR15 (Part #105-0169) or Kreem Tank Sealer (Part #105-0002) before painting. It is cheap insurance and we use it on every bike that we build. Also assure there is no stress on the tank our mounting hardware when tank is mounted.
