i have many of these, for various solar projects. this is a great tool, and if you need to keep up with engines or solar, this is an item you could use.1. it will start running the instant power hits your solar panels even if there is not enough volts to push charge so be aware of that. I use a relay to prevent that2. it does track time correctly as tested using a stop watch.this is a great tool to do oil changes on lawn equipment or just track time something ran.

Bought an unused AGT H15 at auction. Got it for a great price. The hour meter had not been connected. Not sure why. I connected it and it worked for 7 hours and stopped working. I bought this one on Amazon and replaced it. So far, it’s doing just fine. The only complaint I have is that it didn’t come with the retainer to clamp into the opening. The rubber gasket was there, but that’s it.
