SSI’s governor spring kits are complete with all parts for 3000 and 4000 RPM. They are perfect for those who tow heavy loads and want more responsive power. Included are springs for both 3,000 and 4,000 RPM! This listing includes a complete set (12) valve springs for the Cummins engine, which is recommended to change when changing the Governor Springs.
