PROS: Item is large (it’s 5″ x 5″); thick (1/8″ thick or so); has heft (aka solid metal, won’t bend easily, if at all); very reasonable shipping chargesCONS: It’s freakin’ HUGE! so it attracts the attention of EVERYONE! Has an almost gaudy appearance once on your vehicle.I ordered two of these along with some other manufacturer’s emblems as well. This one is by far much more sturdy than one finds elsewhere. These appear to be made of solid aluminum (they have heft) with chrome plating. Unfortunately for me, they are just too big for placement on my car. But I did end up putting them on my dad’s truck. And they look awesome on it! Been through the car wash a few times since, and they aren’t going to come off any time soon from the looks of it…that adhesive looks like it’s a good one.One piece of advice: BEFORE you apply one of these emblem’s to your vehicle, make sure the area you intend to place it on is flat (this piece won’t bend) and properly cleaned and dried. That means use car soap, water, and don’t bother with waxing the area. This will allow that adhesive to form a solid bond between your car’s surface and the emblem itself. As the old saying goes in carpentry: measure twice, cut once. I say “Clean twice, place once”. đ Works like a charm so far.Oh, and since I ordered 2 of these, the seller was kind enough to combine the shipping for both items: the items both came in their own individual plastic bags which were shipped together in a standard bubble-lined 6″x9″ envelope…so I was only billed once for shipping (that tells me the seller DOES CARE about the customer…an added plus).Overall, I would give the quality of the item 4.5 stars, the size 4 stars, and shipping 5 stars, so the final would be 4.5 star average, but since Amazon won’t let us do 1/2 stars, I gave it a solid 5 stars. And if nothing else tells you whether you should seriously consider this item or similar item, let me say this: I will happily order future products from this seller again.Now…if only they had this emblem in a gunshot metal look… đ

I have a 1999 white chevy suburban and this emblem fits it perfectly. Yes it is plastic but the chrome is nice, the glue is good and I have had it for 2 months now on the back door of my truck and it looks cool and gets good compliments. Just take your time, clean the surface and apply it where you want it and then you too can be a decepticon. It may be too big for a small vehicle but for trucks and suv’s it has a nice appeal.

Great product, good quality. I haven’t had the issue with the color deteriorating like some others have had. Only issue I had was that I had a difficult time getting the paper off the adhesive so I could stick it on my car. It might be good to put a little tab to grip.

This thing is awesome! For $6? Amazing!It looks way better than the listing image and I am so glad.I was gambling on it looking like the images of the red car and yellow truck.They have the diamond-shaped eyes and not the triangle eyes like on listing image.In my opinion, theirs and the one I got look better.It’s up to you of course.As far as the star rating, I was going to go with 5, then I went with a 4. Then after writing this and thinking about it more, especially considering the price, I went back to 5. Considering the price of $6, you can’t expect it to be amazing quality so even if the finish does wear off from the weather, it will probably last a couple of years. That’s less than a penny a day.The reason for the hesitation on the 5 star is because I lightly applied some electrical tape across the front to temporarily tape on my vehicle to step back and look at it to test it out. When I peeled it off, it took some of the chrome off with it. I think that means it a poor quality finish that may wear off quickly from the weather. Perhaps it will give it a battle-torn look, only enhancing its appearance and street cred. That’s what I’m hoping for at least.By the way, its actual size is more like 4.5 inches tall from very tip to tip, not 5 inches. It would look way bigger if it was actually 5 inches high. I think it might have even been too big at 5, but I guess I’d have to see it for sure. I think this 4.5 tall is a good size for a vehicle exterior. And the chrome really integrates well with the chrome factory emblems of make and model on the rear of vehicle. A later model of my vehicle has a factory logo pretty much where I put this so it seems natural to be there and almost like I customized and removed the factory to replace with this one… transforming it :}

Very cool, can be used anywhere. Only con is if you want to remove this off a vehicle, youâll have to use Goo Gone to remove the left over adhesive which takes like 10 minutes to do and will leave your car looking ugly if it isnât taken care of. Another con for me personally is it was too big (pause), it could be good for other people but for me I expected a smaller size (pause).

Fåcil de colocar buen pegamento , en este caso viene cromado , pero yo lo pinté y afortunadamente el aerosol tuvo buena fijación , lo recomiendo para darle un mejor look , lo coloque en una tacoma 2024 en las puertas
