I was skeptical about the quality since there was such a big difference in price between this and the name brand part, but that faded when I removed the pieces from the box. It is very heavy built. Much thicker and heavier than expected. I’d say the brackets are either 3/16” thick or the close metric equivalent. The connecting rod has brass bearing surface in each ball joint and again feels very well built. There were no install instructions so I just followed the ones for other brands. The hardest part is removing all the old stuff.Overall, I’m pretty impressed. At $20 it seems like a solid upgrade. The shifts are much more solid and deliberate now. Just feels way better overall. Definitely glad I took the time to do this project and also happy with the brand I chose to buy.

I thought a little pricey. but it is well made, and it looks like it will last. Tidier design than the original linkage. Not up to the cable linkage standard of operation but good value for money as it is a much cheaper option. Delivered on time and good tracking via Amazon.
