Rear Weather Seals
The Rubber seals at the back of the housing assembly fit tightly around the protruding wires.
It may be necessary to slightly modify the holes in the rubber if the wire used is slightly larger than the precut holes.

How to Assemble the 350 Amp Anderson Connector Cover
Step 1
To assemble, solder, or clamp wiring with LED, positive – RED and negative – BLACK leads to Anderson connector contacts. Please connector into the bottom assembly, clamp rubber covers over the wiring for UV and moisture protection. Place top cover over the bottom assembly and screw clamp assemblies together.
Step 2
Install cover assembly securely with 4 stainless steel screws provided.
Step 3
Push the locking tab into the mating connector. The front cover will clamp down on the locking tab of the mating connector preventing both connectors from separating.
The Anderson Connector assembly comes with all necessary components including:
- 350 Amp Housing Assembly
- LED Power Indicator
- 4 x Stainless Steel Mounting Screws
- 1 x Stainless Steel Screw for Securing the Anderson Connector
- 2 x Locking Tabs
- Assembly Information on Back of Packaging

Edit – I ordered the same thing a second time and they shipped the correct part. Changed review from 1 to 3 stars.Original review – The product is not for Anderson 350a plugs! It’s a 120a cover which is tiny compared to a 350a plug.

I like it fit the SB-350 but there are issues, the sealing gasket at the rear has 2 small holes that must be opened up,the centerlines are off..and will need customized to fit cable.My 3/0 cable the offset was 1/4 ” down and over on diagonal.this requires a hole saw and tight setup as your dealing with rubberSecond is front cover gasket,the gasket covers entire perimeter of lid, yet the width of lid inside is same as SB-350 plug, the plug and gasket cannot occupy the same space. After final assembly it can be trimmed to fit around the plug, but they should know this.Rib clearances inside are spot on reverse of plugs ribs.centerlines of screws are spot on.Lastly, the plastic piece to secure plug when door is open and plugs are mated are not long enough to fully engage in the connector your using on device to plug into this setup.Overall happy with purchase, as it is pro install look,and this may be the only game in town.Good layout and razor knife may help with rear gasket holes, but definitely not plug and play.This coming from a 40 year machinist..take your time..crimp small wires for L.E.D’sInto your crimped cables..and you will be happy4 stars vs 5 because of extra work I had to do
