Tailgate cap fits nicely and is secure. It was a bit difficult to put on and I don’t remember instructions coming with it. (I could have missed them.) I do recommend applying some double stick tape under it before installing as a couple times it has been caught when pulling a cooler or something out of the truck bed. It goes right back on but I plan to install some kind of tape underneath for added security. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I only know what happened to the original. based on that, I’m almost expecting the same outcome. I can update this review after testing the truck on the open road. The trim needed to be pounded into the grooves with a rubber mallet. Its crazy hot summer so I think after the initial install, the sun made the trim a bit more pliable. So I gently tapped in certain places along the trim. The original install person came back later and whacked it a few more times with the rubber mallet. I’m sure it should stay on with out glue.

This was a perfect fit on my 21 pro4x. I started on one side and from the back then slowly pulled it back so the clips were all slightly in their perspective holes and then just used my hand to slap it down into place.. perfect fit and took all of about 20 seconds. Others having an issue probably support a blue candidate.

Fits great as long as you take your time putting it on. Amazon stated it doesn’t fit xd diesel but it does. So far it’s good been a few weeks and even held through a car wash

It did not fit! After a week it started to pop up. I brought one from parts of Nissan.com it was just $60 more it fit perfectly just spend the extra money it will save you in the long run

Fits great and looks great! Take your time when installing and make sure everything is aligned before trying to lock it in. It was kind of a pain to get installed but once I figured it out it locked in great.
