RennStand is the innovative multi-patented car jack stand that allows you to lift and support your vehicle at the factory designated jacking points. Both extremely compact and height-adjustable, it is also lightweight, versatile and strong. RennStand is the first and only vehicle safety stand with usable height adjustment that allows you to put your jack and safety stand at the same point under your vehicle, so you never have to go outside of your car’s factory designated jacking points again. Safer for your car, and most importantly safer for you!
Rennen means RACE in German. The patented RennStand is revolutionary because it solves the problem of jacking and supporting in the right spot. It allows jacking and supporting using interchangeable jack pads designed for the vehicle. It’s easy, sets up in seconds and it is safer for the vehicle and the operator. It can be used with most floor jacks having a lift saddle of 3 inches in diameter or larger.
The RennStand is rated for 3 tons and can extend to more than 16 inches. This set comes with (1) RennStand Jack Stand and (1) Universal Pinch Weld Adapter.

The rennstand looks really sturdy and feels like its a good quality. I tried using this stand on a unmodified Honda accord that is actually high off the ground compared to other vehicles. The problem started when I tried using the stand on a regular jack. The support piece is tall and the pinch weld I received is actually bigger and taller than the one in the pictures. The pinch weld adapter also looks like its aluminum. The combination would not fit under the car using a regular jack. I then tried using a lower profile jack with same results. I then jack up the front of the car and the stand finally fit in the rear pinch weld once the front end of the car had been jacked up, but then another issue. The jack support area is very smooth and slippery a regular jack saddle does not grip this area well and after making sure it was perfectly centered I noticed the rennstand was wobbly so I lifted the car carefully and tried to insert the legs to support the stand , but the car was not high enough so I had to jack up higher and then the rennstand slipped off the jack saddle causing the car to fall. In the end I had to use a regular jack stand and my regular jack to perform the simple tire rotation. I really wanted this stand to work ,but it just added steps. Im sure if I tried harder it would finally work by adding a rubber puck between the jack saddle and the stand support to stop it from slipping, but then I am just going to make the work longer by adding a lot of steps. Also I noticed that other renstand vendors show a unit that has a jack point that has a hollow area with a ring. If this model had the support area with a hollow and ring im sure it would not have slipped. I think this stand would be perfect to SUV and Trucks. Im sure this stand can be used when performing heacy work under a car , but just keep in mind that it has to be used as a regular jack stand. You would have to jack the car up and then place the stand separately. Its a nice sturdy jack stand , but could not be used to jack up my Honda accord.

Great quality stands and solves the problem I face every time I work on one of my many Volkswagens. The stand allows me to use the factory Jack points using my floor jack, so that I only need to Jack it up once. In the past, I’d need to find a separate (usually sketchy) Jack point under the body/frame/engine/suspension and then place regular Jack stands in the factory locations. They are easy to use and well designed.
