I have had a Gold Belt for 15 years and it has worked and stood up excellent for competition motocross use and lifting at work. This new belt is not fabric and does not absorb or release moisture so you get very wet under the belt and it doesn’t offer as much support as the older Gold Belt model.

Reinforced ribs and adjustable double Velcro system let you wear comfortably without buckling or collapsing.Lightweight and breathable has proven very effective on motorcycle trips in summer heat.Way better than previous models I had that were immediate sweat generators.

I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that I couldn’t tell by the ad what the size was. I’ve been using these belts for over 30 years and finally wore the last one out. There should at least be mention in the ad that an XL version is available….even if you can’t order it on Amazon. One more line in the ad would sure help us humans that are a bit bigger around the waist than when we bought the last one! 🙂

I use this belt for motorcycle riding as I do not ride in one piece, most people dont find out till it’s to late about kidney problems because of over cooling of kidneys specially in cold weather riding. This belt works excellent, my mid section stays pretty warm and the velcro double flap fastening system works good and I believe this will last long time from looks of it.
