I own a Polaris ATV which we go offroading almost every weekend, and I have led bars, horn, and stereo all connected on different switches, so not all are connected to this switche which is very compact and made my whole life easier. Installation took me about 2 hours because I had so mane accessories, but it’s very easy specially that this switch comes with snap on adapters. In addition, all fuses are included and they are safe.

This kit for powering accessories is very nicely done and well thought out on operation. It really has a lot of the work done for you and is very well sealed up with every different part making it a great choice for open environments. I’ve always preferred to just do all the work myself with switches, relays and running proper sized wires allowing me to know that any accessories are safe and easily getting the current they require. Seeing the quality put into this and knowing the amperage rating each relayed switch can handle (30A) has me perfectly satisfied and excited to use the switch panel that’s illuminated by a choice of 4 different colors and has plenty of choices on labeling. The switch panel is good quality and I’m really pleased with the mounting options available for it. You can flush mount it (though that will be some very precise cutting out as it has a very narrow lip) or you can use the ball mount on tubing or a flat surface. The wire bundles for your accessories have good weather tight connectors and each wire left open to connect to has heat shrink crimp connections ready to be used. Now I had to learn what all is really going on with this setup by watching the 20 minute video in the listing as this did not come with any instructions. I thought the long power block on the outside was where I would connect each accessory. No that’s a grounding block that is covered like a power supply block would normally be. Props to them for quality on even the grounding block, but when you don’t include any instructions it’s that easy for someone to think otherwise! In fact in the video he talks about using a website for instructions and makes it sound like he doesn’t think any should be included. Big mistake! Always at least provide polarity identification or a diagram of some kind on paper or on the product! As you can see the junction block on the outside has zero polarity markings (only 2 circles with no negative symbols) and the wires on the inside including the layout inside the lid show nothing to identify a positive polarity. Also each wire is a different color (good for knowing which accessory you are going to) but only more confusing if you don’t know where your powers go and where your grounds go. I also would have never known how to change the switch panel colors or program any of the features. Also wouldn’t have known about the smaller positive & negative wires functioning as “remote” wires for “key on” function. So I’m very surprised about not including any paper instructions specially when there is no polarity markings. You definitely want to go watch the 20 minute video to know everything about it. All in all though once you learn which is what…. it is a quality setup.

This is just a simple way to add all those extra electrical accessories. You can have everything in one simple place and not have to worry about piggybacking off of your running lights or your headlights on your vehicle. Now whether it’s plug and Play will largely depend on how old your vehicle is and what type of vehicle it is. It can be used for anything so if you’re using it in a tiny house trailer it won’t necessarily be plug and Play especially since you probably used household electrical connections throughout. So Keep that in mind.Installation was relatively simple. I was using it on an obscure project so I changed the connectors. Overall I find panel to be a very complete kit with everything you need in it unless you need to change connectors. It doesn’t take up too much for space and it’s been reliable for me this farUntil we meet again-Off the Grid Ken
