The only reason I didn’t give this tachometer a five star, is you cannot replace the battery. Mine will probably sit on the shelf and eventually die.

It is a Stihl product meant for mechanics so there is very little information with the product on how to use the product. This is how YouTube always saves the day. The customer service and shipping was great as always though.

Although I have only used it once, it picked up the RPM very quickly, and I was able to make an adjustment and bring the saw back to the recommended idle specification.
