I did not like that the rubber blade has a sharp seam that will scratch your car while using it to get snow off your car. The staff when fully extended is not as strong as the description makes it seem to be. Diss appointed in the purchase for the price

I purchased this SnoShark – XL Snow Removal Brush for my husband for Christmas. He purchased a cap for his truck this year an was having a hard time getting the snow off the top. This snow shovel did a great job! I would highly recommend it!

I got the last one by this seller (to be fair it may not be this seller you see on this page). Perhaps it was packaged haphazardly, either by the sellers or by Amazon. Maybe it was a returned item. When it arrived the paper backing attached to the SnoShark XL was badly torn. The Snowshark XL itself had several deep scratches at the side of the main blade. It was like someone ran over it with a car. Then tried to break it over a sharp concrete edge. Theoretically it could still work and scrape snow but why would we chance scratching our car?I bought the Kickstarter SnoShark and was super happy with it. Lost it, and thus wanted to get the XL. Unfortunately, this experience wasn’t good.

It’s great to reach the height of our van but the flaw is that it doesn’t fully lock in the extended position so anytime you try to use it extended it collapses on you and is so frustrating. I reached out to SnoShark and they said there was a flaw in one of their batches and they promptly sent us a new handle which works great.
