If the valve is unscrewed, it will leak water to high pressure, and the following is the solution to the leakage:

I got a travel trailer which had an old tankless water heater and decided to get this one. Unfortunately, worked great for one day and stopped. I had to open the burner and checked all connections and didn’t work.

Install was very simple. The original heater when all connected would not heat water. After testing it was determined the water flow sensor was faulty. Vendor was contacted and they shipped a new heater immediately. It was installed and works amazing!!! Thank you

Avoid at all cost first one pressure relief valve would not stop leaking even on coach pressure and the unit would not light a replacement the pressure valve leaks a little each time a fixture is opened and it also does not lite remote does not show flow , fan or flame but lights up and allows temp settings keypad shows no faults also this unit is not a direct replacement for Atwood/ dometic it is narrower and taller . Contacting vendor you just get the run around and no assistance avoid these units kohree, camplux and itefdtutne all the same unit made by same company I’m an actual buyer for this product and will be stuck with the cost and time to send this junk back to Amazon while I wait 30 days for a refund. Avoid at all costs!

This hot water heater came in was leaking everywhere pressure valve did not work. Could not get the igniter to work. Remote would not work with the box. It is just junk. I will never purchase from them again.

It is gas only so use the existing 110 to wire an outlet or something.. takes 12v and propane. Make sure it is a dedicated run from tank it needs high pressure won’t run if you are running a splitter with a stove fridge grill etc on it.! It heats up fast gets very hot .. installation is stupid easy take the lines and match the colors can’t get any easier

The continuous hot water or endless hot water is false. I would not recommend buying this specific item. No customer service number is available for help with our issues. Wish i could give 0 stars
