So far this hook has been working well for us. It is easy to store with it shrinking down to the smaller size. It is easy to assemble and easy to extend. We did put some thread stuff around the screw in hook to get it to stop unscrewing when use it. I did not remove any stars for this because the price of $13, is very reasonable. If you want something more then spend more. For me it is a multifunctional tool as I have used it to get clothes from behind the washer/dryer as well as stuff from under the bed. Overall, not a bad buy.

This Ycoluoy RV Awning Opener is fantastic! It makes setting up my awning so much easier. The adjustable lock cam is a great feature. Only downside is that itโs a bit heavy, but itโs manageable.

This telescoping RV awning opener is for a 200 square foot tiny cabin that weโre in the home stretch of completing. In this small space, Iโm constantly looking for new and creative ways to maximize every inch of space – this oftentimes includes utilizing items for purposes of which they were not originally intended. I built an up-high stowaway foldable ladder that I am using this telescoping puller for – to open the ladder/pull it down. I love that the opener is telescoping, that it is compact and space saving, and is easy to stowaway.

Not made well fills as if it will fall apart

This awning puller is more durable than some other brands as the hook hasnโt broken off. However, the handle grip can slide off when pulling downward.The telescoping feature is handy for efficient storage, but the middle section of our puller is tricky and is not easy to collapse.Were glad to have it, though!

I worked great if you are “pulling” the awning down, but trying to push the lever “up” it jst kept collasping on me. I tighted it as must as I could (almost breaking it) and it still collasped

I use it to pull the awnings on my motorhome. It is also handy to purge the airbrake tanks. I bought this one because the one I bought previously was not up to the task. This one extends and locks and is beefier than my previous.
