Important: The Harris Model 25 series has been updated over the years. The newer Harris 25 models use an encapsulated seat assembly (Cartridge). The older Harris 25 models have a seat assembly that is consist of several individual parts. This repair kit is for the older models.

Super easy install. Look on YouTube for a video. Do this at your own risk cuz you could blow yourself up if you don’t follow directions well. Otherwise, this kit worked great to fix my old set of regulators.

The ad said it fits a Harris model 25 but it does fit mine. The brass part is not the same. Mine screws in this one doesn’t not. Easy to return and got refund. I hoped to fix mine for $35 put ended up buying a whole new regulator/gauges set up for $110. Oh well.

I purchased my regulators #25 over 50 years ago and figured no way they are repairable. The kit fit perfectly and had one part left over likely for a newer model. Very simple to repair. watch the youtube video of course.

Perfect fit for my old Marquette (Harris 25’s) oxygen and acetlyne regulators! Fixed my leaking acetylene regulator and rebuilt my oxygen regulator as well (which still functioned but had the original diaphragm and inner seal). Great cost for peace of mind when working with a potentially dangerous tool!
