Just finished Fins & Things in Moab on a stock Gladiator Rubicon. Obviously the departure angle is brutal on the Glady. Thus this solution that worked great to protect the hitch and other things. Scraped a lot on that trail, but the device performed as intended. Darn expensive for a little piece of metal, but Is it worth the price as a damage shield? For me it was and glad I had it. No damage to hitch or quarter rock rails. This piece is a MUST HAVE ESSENTIAL for the Gladiator.

I’ve seen others on the market for more than twice the cost and this one seems to work well with my Jeep Gladiator. Due to the length of the Jeep, I wanted something that might help bear the brunt of any off-roading that I do (light to moderate). It can take a beating for sure.Overall, I’m happy with it.

I had high hopes for this hitch slider. Reasonably priced, aluminum material fits into a 2×2” hitch receiver. It’s lighter weight than I anticipated it to be but made very well and feels good. I only wish they spaced the holes out a little further apart so that the hitch slider and go further in resulting in more coverage on the bottom area and a flusher look. Or proved 3 holes instead of one which would allow us to position it exactly where we desire. Right now it sticks out too much for my liking.

It is a consumable item. A Jeep Gladiator being so long the departure angle sux. This really helps. And is half the price of the nearest competitors price. For something that will DEFINITELY be destroyed by regular use. No reason to pay double or more for one.

Bought it for when I take my Jeep Gladiator off road to protect the trailer hitch. I really like that it has a hole for soft shackles. Great price compared to other versions out there.

Can’t knock it. It’s protected my hitch and held up to yanking my 1/4 ton from a mudhole. It fits a little loose in my standard hitch but really I can’t complain. Could easily be shimmed up with a piece of rubber but I didn’t notice much noise.I use mine with soft shackles and it’s excellent for that, no sharp edges, the finish is about as durable as you’d expect for hitch components, hooking up was a breeze even with it in muddy water. Very happy with the purchase.
