Installing this yourself is challenging and rewarding at the same time. Challenging because it is a tight space. You will need a flexible ratchet to help you install this item. Rewarding because by doing it yourself you’ll lean more about your cooper and save money. I had it for 3 months now and it is working well. No codes so far.

The quality was decent. Black looks nice tho but I noticed the pulley hub doesn’t spin that freely like the stock one but it might be be because it is brand new. Works well tho car still works

Again another product I was nervous of getting because I didn’t want it to be plastic like my original water pump. The picture is deceiving it’s actually aluminum and fit my car find and worked out great. Fits 2012 mini countryman s all4.

Fits well and works no more leaks.

Purchased due to leak from water pump weep hole. Came in silver and not black but worked. The pulley is beefed up and takes more effort to move but works fine! Will update later!

I installed this water pump in my sons mini cooper. After 300 miles it started to develop a drip that has gotten worse. It appears to be leaking from around the shaft itself but won’t know for sure until I tear it down again.
