Plasma Green 9010 is a plasma cutting table additive that prevents rust & biological growth in your water pan or sump, and is formulated to be safe for all types of steel & aluminum. We recommend Plasma Green 9010 at 5% by volume or 20:1 ratio, and concentration can be easily maintained. Plasma Green 9010 is rated non-hazardous, non-toxic, and bio-safe. This product will not leave a mineralized or powdery deposit, and will not degrade consumables like many other additives. Most customers will get 10-12 months minimum usefulness before a changeout is required with typical use.

Max –
Using this product on a CNC plasma table. With this product I can cut metal or aluminum without the toxic fumes , and having to drain the table to cut aluminum. All without risking the rust protection in my water table. I’m sold!

Worked great so far but it has only been in the machine 3 weeks of light use.
