We ordered this product for our 2002 Lincoln town car. It’s our toy it only has 38,000 original miles. I thought this aftermarket product would be a beautiful addition for the vehicle. I believe I was right and the car is getting a lot of compliments. However, we received this product with one part missing. We got in touch with the seller who wasted no time and getting back in touch with us. They immediately believed us and helped us and sent out that part free of charge. I would buy from this company again. A lot of of the reason why I would buy again is because the product is of good quality, and the customer service was old school excellent!
