The hood came in and other than slight damage from poor handling by the shipper it is great quality options for those looking to replace the hood on their N series tractor. You do need to make sure to get the cover for the air clear if you are going to use on a 9n or 2n. Overall I am very happy with this product.

Very TIGHT fit! I am doing a modification on my 8N tractor, and I needed to replace the hood. My modifications required me to cut off the braces underneath, but the length still seems to be very tight, and the width, even without the braces, is tight. The radiator hole is off by about 1.5 inches, but there is not 1.5 inches available at the dashboard……??? I will make it work one way or the other! It looks beautiful!Update: AFter struggling “to make it work”, I finally measured across the top and found that this item is an entire inch SHORTER than the original in 1950. Item cannot fit as described and ordered.

I think is ok but it did arrive with some small dents in it.

Had to sand, prime, repaint. Curves cracked on inside. A powder coat imperfection. But less expensive than other brands.
