This had to be installed upside down because of the light bar on my bumper, it wouldn’t allow it to roll up. But I think it works better upside down. I’ve winched several tree trunks with ease and no interference with the foldable license plate. This is a good buy. It’s very sturdy and looks amazing. It fit like a glove!

Super easy to install and the plate can just flip up and out of the way if you need to use the winch. Holds the plate tightly. I needed to tighten the screws a bit as the flip up was too loose.

We ordered this front bumper license plate mount for our Jeep, as Texas has a law that requires front license plate to be visible. Despite not having one for the past 5 years of purchasing the vehicle, we were stopped by an officer here in my neighborhood of 20+ years, and was given a warning. So we ordered this one, and it was easy to install and actually looks good on the Jeep.

Fit ok. A little flimsy. Ill see how long it lasts on the trail. It needs to stay raised in its own. When raised it tends to fall back down onto the winch rope evrn when tightening its hinge bolts
