With the addition of either Original or Deluxe Rumble Seat you can comfortably accommodate two extra adults The Rumble Seat will add a touch of class to any popular utility vehicle and it doesn’t just look good, it performs The Rumble Seat frame is constructed of heavy-duty aircraft aluminum and finished in a deep powder-coat of black enamel. It features super-soft, cushioned pads covered with 600 Denier PVC coated polyester. The Original and Deluxe Rumble Seats include safety belts and quick-detach brackets that allow instant installation and removal to accommodate changing needs. Also included are safety straps to insure bed stability. When the safety straps are installed, any bed tilting function is disabled. The total weight capacity for the UVRS100BL is 300 lbs. The total weight capacity for the UVDRS200BL is 350 lbs. We got this for a 2015 Ranger EV. We use the Ranger to drive around our avocado grove. The seat is great but you do have to watch your head as other reviewers have pointed out.It was a bit tricky figuring out where we could drill through the bed of the Ranger and not hit one of the fins underneath. But it all worked out well. I like that the seat is covered in fabric so it’s actually nicer to sit on than the plastic seats in the Ranger cab. Good purchase.It does change the way the Ranger handles and since it’s not a bench seat you have to adjust your driving for the weight on one side or the other. We are driving on pretty rough roads so it may be easier if it’s a smoother road.

Holes must be drilled through the cargo deck for mounting bolts (2 bolts / leg). Each L-shaped leg can mount in two orientations and in two positions under the set. This provides many options for bolt penetrations and was by far the most challenging part of the installation. To check for clearance from reinforcements under the deck, as well as engine / frame components below, use a flap from the box as a template. Loosely attach the legs to the seat, position the cardboard and seat in the cargo bed, mark the bolt holes on the cardboard, remove the seat and cardboard, and lift the deck. Position the cardboard under the deck and on the vehicle frame below, ensuring adequate clearance from potential bolt locations in both positions. If necessary, change leg orientations and repeat the checking process.

I’m reviewing this relative to dollars paid: I mounted this as a jump seat to my 2006 Yamaha Rhino – 450: On the pluses: installed perfectly and easily; quick release is As described and simple; height and width is great: Minuses: the frame is light weight; the seats are the biggest negative – seat backing is poor quality and the screws that hold the seat pads to the frame are terrible, of poor quality, constantly falling out under very normal usage and will not hold – when I trailer the unit I have to bungee cord the seats to the frame so the pads won’t blow off – the seats are so flimsy – not what I was expecting – would not recommend !

The rumble seat is very nice for the grandkids. The cushions to sit on are very thin. We’ve only taken it out once and the screws on the back of one of the seats were coming out. My husband tightened them up, but said the material that it screws into seems very thin. For nearly $500 this should have had better cushions and construction.

Came well packaged . Seat seems very sturdy . on Internet the material seemed grey but it is black which I like better. It took me less than an Hour to assemble. All you need is two 1/2″ wrenches or sockets.I haven’t installed it yet but will update when I do. Only minor complaint Everything was Powder Coated and seemed to have a good coating except for the inside of the U-Chanels ….I had some spray paint whichI hope will keep them from rusting. Hole through floor requires 7/16″ Drill Bit.
