The Joneses –
After researching skid plates for my 2016 JKU sport, I was kind of discouraged because I already have an aftermarket bumper. I ordered this one and to my absolute surprise, it fit flawlessly. I had to remove two outter bottom bolts from bumper and attach top of skid plate, but that’s it. The other two bottom bolts mounted to the frame in preexisting holes. It is a nice weight, adjustable and looks amazing. No drilling the bumper or adjusting anything on the Jeep. I especially love how the company does not stamp their name on it. I could have added a piece of sheet metal to the back to make the words pop, but for now it’s fine.

Most after market bumpers don’t allow enough room for this. It’s front clip mounts are about half an inch too wide in each side for the bottom of the bumper to slide over them. They need to add a cut out or shorten the width of the front mount clip on the outsides.

arrived a day early, easy install. Two bolts on the bumper and 2 bolts to the frame. No drilling needed, but I do have the Nilite aftermarket bumper. Would definitely recommend!

Fits perfectly on my 2011 JKU Rubicon. Fast delivery. Only 6 days to EU.

This item fit my 2021 JL easily. The bolt holes are already in the right spot.

Easy install only requiring 2 box wrenches and a rubber mallet. Good tight fit. Install time less than 30 minutes. Gives a clean look after removal of factory bumper parts. Inexpensive solution to hide that ugly steel bar.

Good product, packaged well. I had to modify one of the holes to fit on the bumper mount. The distance apart didn’t line up with the bolt.

It didn’t fit with my aftermarket bumper, but I didn’t really expect it to. So, I made a couple modifications and it went on no problem.I used threaded rod for the lower bolts since the the aftermarket mounts were bolts. I needed a spacer on there, so I put a washer and nut on the threaded to hold the bumper on, then used a nut with washer to hold the skid plate on. For the lower mount I just had to drill a new hole in the skid plate that lined up with the hole that was already in the frame of the Jeep.
