I was skeptical about buying this at first because there wasn’t really any reviews. The package came in a couple days ago and was perfect! just as the picture showed. i cannot comment on it working as a functional bumper because i bought this for an art project, but it did come in folded. when i say this, i mean the sides were folded in and properly packaged so it’s just easier! i didnt see any manuals/ instructions so make sure you know how to put a bumper on your car or know a person who can. there was painting instructions if that counts hahaha!
