Mine arrived with a small dent. I think it’s still safe though. I was in a hurry to make use of it, so I didn’t send it back. I doubt it was dented during shipping because it would’ve taken a whole lot of force to do that. Other than the dent, this does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I noticed if you use a very high flow rate, the bottom freezes and then eventually the pressure drops until you don’t get enough gas flow. But this would apply to any propane tank of this size. There are ways of heating the bottom, such as setting it in a pan of water.

I bought this to use with my dual fuel generator since propane keeps much longer than gas. No fouled carburetor in an emergency. It is also a nice spare in case the grill runs out. The local hardware store charges about 20 dollars more for the same size tank.

I like to know where stuff is made. The tank is stamped Made in Vietnam. So far it has worked well and there isn’t much else that I have to say.

Tanks arrived in a timely manner with no apparent damage. Took them to a filling station and got them topped off. The tanks came already purged and they accepted propane without any problems. I like to have my own tanks and to get them refilled. The exchangeable tanks are not filled to capacity and usually in poor shape. Getting your own tanks and refilling them is cheaper than the exchangeable ones too. These tanks are empty as stated. Many reviewers seemed surprised by this. Would buy again.
