Great deal, when it fills. First one arrived in immaculate condition. But, it didn’t fill up. Station attendant said the valve was bad. Got a new one through Amazons return policy. Replacement arrived and looked like it had a rough trip. Handle was a little bent, but it filled right up! Well made! Questionable quality control but Amazon easy return policy makes it worth it.

The 40lb tanks are a little on the hefty side when filled. 30lbs is perfect at 55lbs full. It’s a nice manageable size tank for refilling 1lb bottles.Easy enough to keep a dry erase tally of refills too, so I know when it’s out.

PLUS the tank was delivered promptly! Hubby took it and the 20 lb tank our son gave us to use for the flat grill/cooktop Hubby wanted [similar to son’s but not quite as big] that gets used a lot. Hubby took both tanks to be filled, got a deal on the propane…bonus! He hooked the bigger tank up. It works well.

Love the gauge. The gauge does not start moving until tank is about half used- but this is OK. Effective. Good quality tank.

This is a really nice and well built tank and I love the gauge! Propane man filled it up with no problem and the gauge immediately registered full green as it should. I installed it for my elderly neighbor and it made her day! Until now she was always worried she would run out of propane during the night without knowing but the gauge solves that problem! Installation was easy and the fit perfect. No leaks at all. The price was excellent too thanks to AMAZON and this seller!
