Didn’t work come on or any thing. I plug the old one in and it worked but not the new one. I check fuses and relays all were good it was a problem with the product , but I’m willing to try another one

The item was a wrong fit. The model of my radio is 7888 with only one audio jack. The one they sent to me is with 2 audio jacksIt was useless for me.
