A deer ran into the side of our travel trailer when I was going 58mph and shattered the refrigerator side vent panel. The frame is intact and I only needed the panel. I found this one on Amazon and the panel in the photo matches the panel I needed.The panel I received has the fasteners on top a few inches in from the corners. The panel I needed has the fasteners in the lower corners, exactly as shown on Amazon. The panel I received has a frame that screws in through the fiberglass camper siding. The frame I have screws in on the inside of the frame into the wood to which the fiberglass siding is affixed. The panel/frame I received is much flimsier than the original, although they are both made by Dometic. The original one I have was made in 2013/2014.On a final note, when I ordered this part I sent a message to the seller asking them to upgrade the shipping and send to a different address since I was 700 miles from home and could not find one locally. The seller never responded. They did, however, ship the part quickly and it was on my doorstep when I arrived home.So, I had no problem traveling without the vent panel and I’m pretty sure I can make this one work, but I hadn’t planned on changing the entire frame and it would have been nice had the seller responded to my inquiry about shipping. Four stars because the part is flimsier than the original and because it’s not the same as the one pictured on Amazon’s site.

Item was exactly as described. One note for anyone purchasing, you will almost certainly need to remove the old frame, caulk, and screws and replace the entire unit. Trying to make this fit your old frame is not recommended and may cause more frustration than it’s worth (plastic changes over time when exposed to the elements and could cause the new one not to fit). Took about 30 mins to remove the old and put this in. Hope this helps.

Dometic Rv refrigerator was just what we ordered and what we got. It’s not working yet but it will get installed in our camper soon. It replaces a 12 volt refrigerator.

An absolute perfect replacement for the refrigerator side vent for my 2013 Passport 2650BH. The original was Atwood, which was bought out by Dometic. My “white” original was now puke yellow, so I wanted a black replacement. This came from Amazon, and within 15 minutes I had replaced the old with the new. The mounting holes for both frames are in the exact same spot. Couldn’t be happier. But do CHECK ALL MEASUREMENTS BEFORE ORDERING. It’s tedious, but worth it.

We lost our cover (can’t imagine how 🙂 and this was a perfect fit. We have a 2023 domestic and ordered this instead of the $10 cheaper just to make sure it fit correctly.
