    This was the complete steering rack. You should buy it without tie rod ends and buy quality moog units.This rack had lt-ev342 tie rod ends installed which are not for a 90-93 4th gen Accord.They were a half inch too long, which in turn wasted 40 dollars and a 20 day wait for an alignment appointment plus my labor. Other than that the rack seemed to be a pretty good reman. I ripped mine apartand made it into a non power rack, the internals showed no wear.
