Update 10/21/21, I wanted to update my review from the last review I posted a few months back. I purchased the jump starter but it did not work once I got around to having to use it a month later. I was very disappointed. I was contacted by customer service and they went above and beyond to provide me with several options. A replacement jump starter or a full refund, despite the order date being way past 30 days. I opted for a replacement at which point I was sent the newest version of their product. I greatly appreciate their efforts and commitment to outstanding customer service. This seller gets 5 stars for going above and beyond.Previous reviewJump starter waste of money- did not workI ordered the Avapow jump starter as I got stuck with a dead car on the side of the road and decided I would never let that happen to me again. After doing some research and reading reviews, I selected this item. I purchased this item in June 2021 and didn’t have to use it until mid July. I charged the starter weekly and kept it in my car. I then had another experience with a dead battery on a family member’s car (Ford Fusion sedan) and ran for the Avapow jump starter. The starter was able to give enough power to turn on the lights back in the car for a few moments. The vehicle engine would not turnover despite the 100% charge on the jump starter. I made continuous attempts to keep the connects on the car to allow enough time for a charge, but the battery quickly ran down to 20% and was of no use to get the vehicle started.I contacted AVapow customer service via email and provided my order number and reference the 2 year warranty on the product. I then requested a replacement as the product was defective. It has now been a month later and I have received no communication. I would not recommend this product to anyone as the seller is misrepresenting its product and they do not stand behind their products.

Works. I wouldn’t say it works for the 100 jumps or whatever claimed, but it jumped my SUV with a very dead battery twice. Third time was not successful. Held a charge for at least 6 months before I needed it. Easy to use, easy to charge. Small enough to fit under the car seat. Bought more for both my parent’s vehicles and my second car. I wish it came with a hard case, but managed to find a plastic box that fit everything.

I thought this was a good unit when I first got it. It took a charge well came with good accessories and reasonable controls and user-friendly approach.. definitely seemed like a close copy of some of the more prominent brands out there. But here’s the gigantic problem. It does not hold a charge in storage.. another major brand I had kept a charge no problem for close to a year. This one was completely dead after three months of storage that is unacceptable in every level and renters this device close to useless and worthless. My advice to you is to completely avoid this brand and other no name brands that have no proof of any engineering or support organization just good graphics and packaging. I am so utterly disappointed than an item meant for use in critical situations is so unreliable. I am very disappointed and strongly. Recommend that no one buy this unit or anything else from this brand.

A great product. Bought it and it works the way it should. The cable is a little short if it had an extra three inches it would be even better. Very easy to get the it attached using the clamps and they hold firmly. Started a lawn mower twice. One on the first try and the other on the second try. Very convenient and I thought the flashlight was useless until I needed light. Overall the product is a 10/10. It fits my needs and allows me to get stuff done.

This jump starter saved me when my car battery died in the cold. It started my SUV instantly, and I love how compact and easy it is to use. The built-in flashlight and USB charging are great extras. A must-have for emergencies!
Dark Side –
Had for about 2 years and haven’t had to charge it many times. I think everyone should have one of these because of how much power they hold and how long they seem to last. I invested in it and it’s been a great starter to have, never had a problem with it, 5/5 stars is well earned.
