They are great looking and work fine on my side but the brackets are a little flimsy so had to request more brackets.

I am less than thrilled with these running boards. I have installed running boards on my previous 2 trucks and these by far are the cheapest made. The forward part on both the passenger and driver side are just ok, but because of the cheap plastic and only 1 support in the rear on both sides they give way more than they should and would not be safe for anyone of any size to use them to enter the truck without cracking them and hurting themselves. I am completely disappointed in this product and would not recommend purchase.

I had already installed the passenger side step rail with no issues. It was quick and easy all was going well. Then I installed the brackets for the driver side. I went to pull out the step rail from the bubble wrap and saw broken pieces on both ends of the step rails plastic edging. Please refer to the pictures for examples. The box looked fine and both rails were in their bubble wrap with stirafoam in between. So, I have to assume it was damaged when packing the box. I gave it 2 stars due to the damage which I plan to deal with soon. I did like the look and they are very sturdy when standing on. I plan to contact Amazon to see how to proceed. My hope is to have just the one sent and I send back the defective part. As do not want to completely pull everything back off and repack it all and sent it back. I will update this review when I have a answer to that question. If everything had been good I would have given 5 stars.Update Amazon was able to take care of everything. They had a new set sent I took what I needed and sent back the defective part. Thanks Amazon for the amazing help with this.

The dealer quoted well over $1200, for running boards, installed, on a 2019 Chevy Colorado, so had to hunt for something that fit my wallet better. The key was to find running boards that were built & designed to used mounting already available on this model year pickup. After looking at all sorts of options online I found these.The price was way lower that most, but the mounting & quality seemed just as good as higher priced products. So I took a gamble and bought them, hoping they would get easy enough to install for someone who’s been around for 70 years. When these arrived I was amazed at how solid they felt, and cosmetically they were far better than pictures show. Three mounting brackets, some of this type running board use 4 but three was enough. The hardest part, figuring what was drivers side, and which was passenger.Installation took less than 30 minutes TOTAL, I’m not kidding. The first side was about 20 minutes, and the second was about half the time. All brackets lined up to mounting holes in the frame, all clips lined up as well. I’m handy, but also 70 years old, and it was very simple to mount these in the garage, laying on a piece of cardboard. They look great, black rubber pads on chrome are very striking.I waited about a year before posting this review because product looks are one thing, and easy of installation is important but the real test for running boards is holding up to a central New York winter. We normally get about 10′ total snowfall from December to March, and they use LOTS of road salt around here to keep roads clear. Happy to report that after more than a year of use these running boardsstill look great, they still feel very solid when using them, and still look new. I’ll get a picture up as soon as I can.
