The only problem I had installing it was that the self tapping screw would not. I needed to drill a pilot hole to get the screw in. For me, this is not a big deal. The other holes lined up perfect. Took me about 20 minutes to install on my 2017 Jeep GC. Before this Jeep I had a 2004 Jeep GC that I drove for 13 years. I also put a bug guard from AVS on it shortly after I bought it. It was still in perfect shape when I traded it in. I had also installed the AVS rain defectors on all 4 windows ( on my 2004) when I installed the bug guard. They were also in perfect shape when I traded it in. I also have the AVS rain guards on my 2017 Jeep and my wife’s 2011 KIA (since day one). Excellent product!

Easy enough install on my 2018 JGC High Altitude Diesel. FYI: I would pre drill for the one self tapping screw, as the screw metal is weak. The head broke off during install, but the application stayed super secure. Despite this, I would still purchase again. Love the added look it provides and decreased bug splatter! Using the Turtle Wax Ice, helps to keep the bugs from sticking to the plastic, so diligent prep is needed after install.

This did fit our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK (same style/body as the 2021) nicely. The only descrepency is that it sits out far enough away from the hood that the supplied plastic round nib bumpers are not required (a good thing) and the driver side under hood attachment screw requires predrilling with a slightly smaller sized drill bit (7/64″) as it is in no way a self drilling screw and in any event not able to penetrated the steel thickness of the hood underside. But if you’re used to doing this style of work then drilling a hole should be no issue. The overall fit and finish is just wonderful! I’m glad I purchased it!

Installs well on a 2017 WK2 Trailhawk. Installation is pretty easy, comes with paint protection film for using the clip on the hood.No real issues and has held up well against snow and such. It may take a bit more force to close the hood but otherwise I don’t see any issues with it.5/5 works well.

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited!Took less than 15minutes… Before installing get a good 7/64th drill bit for install of screw (very simple)! Installs nicely & looks great & by pitch observed should be very functional to help guide bugs and small road debris over hood & windsheild! As extra bonus it’ll protect from rock chips on front of hood! ✌

Good fit, great instructions. I modified slightly the overall hardware plastic pins choice for fitment but you would be fine with whats provided. Seems well made. I recommend this pce.

This is a great addition and looks really nice. I read some reviews that it will hold rain water or snow, but that’s an easy fix. Just drill 2 small weep holes in the center along the bottom. you cannot see it at all and it allows water to drain.Other than that it’s great! looks good and protects the hood from rock chips and whatnot.DO IT

Let me start by saying this the design is very nice and sleek. It came very fast. The price was right at the time shortly after I bought it about a couple days the price went up. I don’t know why. As we started to assemble the item noticed there were no instructions, also no double-sided tape for this vehicles … Not as easy as they say, not as easy as you think. Did take two people. The clip was very hard to hook on. It took at least an hour to assemble, very disappointed that there were no instructions had to find my own video online for my jeep because the videos that they have are for a big large truck Just advice it would be nice if you would include instructions for the vehicle that your buying, it should be instructions for the vehicle that ordered . Other than that the item is very beautiful. I hope it helps me on my travels.

Absolute garbage. First off, it only came with one washer. Second, the self tapping screw cracked off in my hood. And third and most important, it doesn’t fit a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The hood will not latch with it on. Amazon is really getting complacent in the products they are selling and their descriptions. Returns are becoming a regular occurrence these days.

Easy install except for the self-tapping metal screw. Just make sure to use a little bigger drill for the tap hole. Then everything else is nice and easy to fit. Looks great.
