I’m very skeptical of this being trash or less quality than true ARP. I’ve spent thousands on ARP hardware over the years and have always received genuine ARP products in ARP packaging. This came in plastic baggy stuffed in a bubble envelope. The picture is what it was wrapped in.

I always run ARP hardware for all my car aftermarket parts and never have failed on me or given any sort of issues unlike many other hardware you can get.
