Is this tent compatible with Tesla Model S or Model X?
The product is designed based on the width and height of Tesla Model Y & 3. When fitting other models, it might not look as full. Additionally, the opening mechanism of the Model X rear door might affect usage.

Can I use this tent on any type of terrain?
For the best experience, we recommend using the tent on grassy areas. Setting up the tent on sandy, rocky, or concrete surfaces may make it difficult to securely stake the tent to the ground, preventing it from fully expanding into its optimal shape.

How long it takes to set up this tent?
The first setup may take 20-30 minutes because you need to identify the tent’s direction and connect the tent to the pop-up frame. After that, setting it up only takes 10-15 minutes. We will provide very detailed installation instructions.

How long does it take for the tent to cool down after connecting to the car?
When doors and windows are shut and without frequent entry/exit, the tent’s center reaches near backseat temperatures in about 30 minutes. A noticeable inside-outside temperature difference will be felt.
