I purchased this product initially to just repair a broken antenna on my car. I found this 3M tape to be very useful for other areas of the car as well as around the house. The adhesive is VERY strong. I’m very pleased.

I used these to install rather large body side mouldings on my Lexus CT200h. This tape sure did the trick and is not going anywhere.Step 1: Use adhesion promoter sponge (this is a must and will not harm paint)Step 2: Use heat (not a heat gun but rather a hairdryer on the hottest setting) as this helps get the tape sticky and really adhere to the body.Do not settle for the 3m tape sold in stores. You must use the acrylic plus tape. I used the standard 3m tape that came on the moldings and they failed after a week, i’m going 6 months with the acrylic plus tape and it’s been through rain, sleet, snow, salt and extreme heat with no issues.

These are super strong and hold tightly to whatever I stick together. They work well – even in cold temperatures. I had some loose panels outside that were coming off – attached these in 30 degree weather and they have not come off. Many uses wherever a strong adhesive tape is needed.

I used it to mend back the rubber gaskets on commercial cooler doors, like at 7-11. It bonded to the torn rubber perfectly. It’s been holding for a little over two weeks and when I pull on the gasket to TRY to tear it, it’s stronger than the parts not being held by the 3M tape. This is really really good stuff.

not sticky. pretty straight forward. buying these from amazon is a 50/50 shot. one roll was good, and one roll was bad. buy thru your local body shop and you get good functioning sticky tape that works 100% of the time.

Item was as described, though shipping was slow. Also, USPS mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately, the person who received it knew us and brought it to us the next day, but due to the slow shipping past the “proposed” arrival date, we also had to buy the product from another vendor to meet a deadline. Wish Prime was more accurate with arrival estimates, and we miss the 2 day shipping that used to be a normal benefit of Prime.
