Note：
1.Professional installation is highly recommended
2.The belt should be straight in the sheaves when torque converter(Driver-driven & Belt) mounted on parallel shafts-and the system in the low(Neutral or idle) position. When straight in the sheaves, the belt should also be square to the engine crankshaft and jackshaft.

It’s is a torque beast be carful will wheelie back. But we did have to run to the hardware store to get a bolt for the middle shaft bolt for a Coleman 196cc.

I only actually needed the front drive pulley, as I was trying to adapt a Honda engine to My Can-Am quad.A 1″ drive clutch was just as much as this whole kit from another Vendor, so I decided I’d just get the whole kit, and I was not disappointed!This thing rips around like no one’s business again!I remember when I was a kid, the only place to get one of these was through what I call the “Neighborhood Black market”.. You had to cozy up to the kid who had a mini bike, and when he got his driver’s license, you had to be the first kid to beg him to sell it to you.I’m sort of making up for lost time now, As I’ve been putting Honda engines and torque converters on anything that’ll hold one.This is a great kit, at a great price, and the most worthwhile upgrade you could ever do to a coleman Mini Bike!

Works good tested for 10 hours and comes with instructions which really helped on installation. In my opinion just as good as the one sold by gopowersports for coleman b200 series bikes.

The screw that attaches it does not hold it when riding. I’ve tried threadlocker and it did not work. It was working well at first and easy to install

Seems good so far. Not sure about the bolt lengths on the main drive though only caught maybe 3 threads would recommend a longer bolt there but seems good so far
