This package’s twelve O-ring tie-downs are decent quality. The welds appear solid and are finished particularly well. The springs operate smoothly. The item functions as expected.Our cargo van has this type of tie-down from at least 6 different suppliers. Each time it seems like we have enough, we find we can use more. This set of 12 provides good value at the current price.Rating: very goodMy scale: 5 star = excellent (or has a special feature), 4 star = good/ very good (does what it should), 3 star = average (or has a minor flaw), 2 star = below average (multiple flaws or does not perform its function well), 1 star = avoid (does not fulfill its mission). The rings have a bare spot where they’re welded with no plating, which will probably rust over time. I still gave them 3 stars because mine haven’t yet, but it’s clearly only a matter of time. The welded spot is also visible in some of the product photos. In the meantime, the rest of the studs looks great and they function well.

I have another set of L Track rings and the springs on these feel way softer/looser. But do they still work? Absolutely! And these were just a fraction of the costs of the others. If having the absolute best quality is a priority, maybe don’t get these. But if you want something that works well and doesn’t costs a whole lot, these are perfect.
