Worked great and looked good in the truck. Easy clamps to use and tightened down well, i did put a little grease on the threads to stop any binding when i tightened them up

Used to replace the junk OEM clamps on a tonneau cover for a 2019 Silverado. Perfect fit with just enough clearance under the fabric top. Tightened the bolts to 29 inch pounds and the clamps set perfectly. This design has enough material thickness to be rigid enough without distorting and collapsing under load. Be sure to grease the threads to prevent electrolysis.

We could only use part of the clamps as our camper shell, truck cap, by Leer had holes built-in for the bolts. After lots of wiggling the top to make the sides perfectly equal, the bottom parts of the clamps went on perfectly. We had some high winds the next day and all was good. The black was worth the extra $$.
