LamontaHawk –
We used everything in this carburetor kit except the brass jets. We did not want to put all of this back together and have it run different than the factory so we kept the factory jetting and we are glad we did. The main use of this kit for us was the needle and seats and float bowl seals.Bike was 12 years old ran rich. We kept all the original jetting. Ninja 250 running good as new!You must take the bottom two screws out of the bottom of the battery box and screw the battery box back as far as you can. You also have to release the rear splash shield on the front of the tire so the box can move back. Once you do that, the carburetors will scoot back far enough from manifolds and you can bring them out the left side of the bike.Replacing the floats, and the needle and seats brought it back to original running condition: floats were bad for sure.

This diaphram is not compatible with a 250r as it does not have the stem. Kinda an important part to include. Not many other options iut there though for this bike.
