Product is well constructed and easy to install. The only negative is that you need a hex key wrench to adjust or reposition the divider. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Bed bars / sliders are super thick! Looks heavy duty, I put extra lock tite to prevent the end caps from loosening. However, the main bed divider / panel quality was lacking. The welds that secured a panel to the frame was bad. Seems it was only held in a few spots and the paint was holding the rest. (Suggest weld and rivits the panels instead but not enought material to do so..) The top section looked like there was dirt or oil in which the paint had bubble a little. I evenly tighten both sides to the rails and had huge gaps in which I used a stack of 2 plastic washers. (Not disclosed in the instructions. I also tried washers to the bed and rails to close the gap. Possible to use with drop in bed liners as well.) Once all was good, the divider had a wiggle from the lower edge. Really sloppy. After all the work, I noticed the bad welds on the divider, and after 2 hours I removed it from the truck. I should of checked all the parts first. If the divider had better welds with actual penatration, I would have kept it. Untill they get this fixed, it’s going back.

Really want to like this divider kit, but its a fail. The block inside the rails sticks out about 1/16″ on each rails preventing the braket from being tightened and locking the divider in one spot. So the divider just freely slides along the rails once installed.

The install is pretty straightforward, but know you need a torx driver T30, though a T27 also works, to remove the OEM rails to insert the slide blocks. The kit comes with M8 bolts that need a 3/16 hex bit. As far as being able to slide it once installed, you need only loosen the two bolts inside the frame, not the 3rd bolt on the slide closest to the front of the truck (assuming the flat side of the divider is facing the rear of the truck). Others have said they didn’t like carrying a hex wrench in the truck for those times they want to move it. I’m solving this with a pair of M8x40 and a pair of M8x25 uxcell clamping lever handles. These replace the bolts inside the frame as they come with a built in handle. Only the 40mm set has arrived so far and will update if the handles interfere with each other.The divider is fairly light which is good because I don’t want too much after market weight in my truck. I didn’t weigh it but it feels around 10 pounds. It does have a little wobble as there is a little slack between the divider and the slide. This allows it to rotate a degree from the top bolt. You can’t fully snug it as you are putting a lot of pull force on the rails and too much could damage them. The divider does not span the entire width, rail to rail. There is a gap of an 1/8 or 1/4” on each side.When installed, it looks good. I really wish they’d better utilized the rail with some pressure pins so you didn’t need bolts to tighten it. Ford has a pretty slick system with their sliding tie downs that just need you to pull the pin, slide it, and pressure or the pin lock does the rest. Here, it’s 100% pressure from bolts on a slide. While this is about a third less expensive than the Ford divider, it is less bulky, but a little less everything else.

This is a must have when it comes to keeping cargo that is small from moving around in bed of the truck. My only gripe is the quality of the divider itself. Like others have said the welds could use more attention. There is a rattle in the divider when there are vibrations in the bed because of the loose welds. Also, at this price point I would prefer if there were spring clips that would release tension so the divider could slide instead of loosening the screws and make it easy to remove instead of unscrewing the screws each time.Stephen

The divider shipped quickly, and was packaged well. The parts all seem durable and the hardware is good. The install was straight forward and painless. All said and done, it looks great and functions as expected. Once completed you will be best served to keep a 5mm Allen wrench/socket in the side storage just in case you need to reposition the divider on the fly. All in all a nice purchase.

First off, the way it was packaged made sure there would not be any damage in shipping. The unit is well constricted and the installation instructions are spot on. It took me less than a half hour to fully install it.

The side rails that came included with the divider are great, except there is no way to attach them to the walls of the truck bed because there are no screw holes. Am I expected to drill these myself? Has anyone else had this problem?
