- High-quality Material: The purge plug is made of non-toxic high-temperature silicone resin and can handle temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The pipeline plug is very durable and will not rupture, shrink, harden or break. It can be reused. The flexibility of silicone makes it suitable for pipes of multiple sizes and can adapt to rough surfaces. It is also suitable for threaded and non threaded holes and has a strong sealing effect.
- Function: The inside of the plugs has a Stainless steel filter screen to filter the oxygen, eliminate turbulence and maximise inert gas flooding. Removing oxygen from the enclosed parts before TIG welding can protect the back of the weld from oxidation, achieving better welding results, reducing leakage rates, and maintaining the corrosion resistance of the parent material. Used for back blowing of stainless steel card sleeves and pipelines.
- The installation sleeve can be easily pushed out and transferred to another plug, making it easy to install and remove.
