This only makes one gallon. It is 32oz and needs to be mixed 3:1 to work. That means you need this whole bottle to make a single gallon of pink winterizing antifreeze. Yet, the price of this is five or six times the price of a ready made gallon of pink marine antifreeze. What is the point?

Im using this WINTER-PRUF concentrated antifreeze in my lake cabin to keep the pipes from freezing this winter. So far it has worked great! I simply bought a gallon of distilled water and disposed of 32oz of it and then poured the entire contents of the concentrated bottle back into my gallon jug. Although I shouldn’t have to worry about it getting to -50 where its located it does get well below freezing. Having a greater freeze protection than needed is just a good piece of mind. The price is much more expensive than big box stores already mixed gallon antifreeze jugs is the only negative issue for me, but it doesn’t take away from the quality of the product.

This is very expensive and does not list whether or not it uses alcohol. I will never use an alcohol based antifreeze on my boat as it causes strong odors in the fresh water system due to fermentation. I will be discarding this as it is useless to me without listing its alcohol content.Antifreeze normally costs under $10/gallon, making this a colossal waste of money

I ordered this bottle of non-toxic antifreeze concentrate to travel with us. Typically, I only use antifreeze once a year when putting our camper away for the winter. What I like about this small bottle is that is saves valuable space when carrying it in our RV. I don’t expect to use it because we don’t camp in the winter, but just in case we get caught somewhere during a spring or fall freak cold wave, I will have this little jug available. Although the label does not state its makeup, it appears to be the same product as Winter Pruf’s already-diluted product that is a non-toxic polypropylene glycol mix.Antifreeze concentrate in a smaller bottle is an excellent choice to keep with you.

I got this to freeze-proof the inboard V6 engine in my powerboat. This type of antifreeze was recommended by my mechanic. There are videos that show you how to disconnect various coolant hoses and fill them up with this kind of product, but my mechanic showed me a trick: use a container big enough to lower the sterndrive into, add this antifreeze and water as indicated, and run the motor for a few minutes to make sure the water passages are full.Done.

The mix ration is 1 to 3 on this, so in the end, I have one gallon of antifreeze. It is more convenient for storing in my motorhome, but for winterization I would probably buy the premix for less.

Works the same as the most major brand non toxic RV antifreeze, but can be stored in less space and mixed with distilled water when needed.
