This is a good replacement part. It is not as stiff as original and therefore it is difficult to install, but it works well once it is in place.

You can’t get this part through Yamaha anymore. Not cheap but it is at least available aftermarket. The original was as hard as a rock. Because this one is soft and very pliable it is a little difficult to install but it seals well.
