I am a full-time RV er. And a experienced technician. I chose this unit because of combination of advertised performance and price. I installed this in my older 5th wheel trailer. The installation was straight foward. The fittings were all correct and the advertised size of the unit was proper. The unit came clean with no damage properly packaged. the only issue that I had was that the control cable was too short. The control unit should be in bathroom . In my trailer it and the water heater are at opposite ends of trailer. The company quickly sent me an extension at no charge. They quickly answered my question within hours and had a solution for me. One thing about these units, you need to use just the hot water side only when showering And adjust the temperature properly with the control panel So that you don’t have spikes of cold and hot water. Been using unit for a few weeks and very happy with it. Saves huge on propane not keeping a tank of water hot 24/7. Heats up fast and even. Do recommend this product.

This is a really good product easy installation. You may have to adjust the size of the hole, but that’s extremely easy if you’re handy at all. Works beautifully to heat the water and you don’t run out unless you run out of water.

Received defective product had to pay packing and shipping cost back for a refund. For a total loss of around 100. Feels wrong to have to pay return shipping after unit throws errors codes right out of the box

The directions were clear and we had no problems with the install. What a wonderful product!!! We now have as much hot shower water as we can use as opposed to the 10-gallon conventional water heater we replaced. Very nice and appreciated. We contacted the company via email and received a rapid response. Thank you.

I purchased two of these and installed the myself. The wired remote control is difficult to find a path into the interior and within the wire length. I mounted them inside the exterior compartment with the unit. It does provide sufficient hot water.

Just got the unit running for my first MOAB trip. Works awesome. Few things the unit needs at least 10amps of 12v. My suggestion is if you are replacing an old duo system get a 15amp power supply and use the left over 120v circuit to power. As well I had an issue with a bypass hose that was hooked up in the bathroom by previous owner. You may also need to purge gas line if it is air filled. In all I am very happy with this unit. Have noticed if you have too much water flow it will not heat the water to full temp. I used the discharge valve to slow down the water and mixed with more cold to get desired temp. This required a higher temp setting to achieve.
