For this hood guard to work, I had to heavily modify the support brackes and install different fasteners. It eventually looks OK.The deflector actually looks nice after a lot of work was accomplished on the support and fasteners and cutting off the drivers side of the deflector.

I Had to modify the mounting procedure but once that wad Done it looks very good.
Bug guard –
This bug guard is not only cool it is sturdy and really works well. I see way less bugs on my windshield.

I loos like quality workmanship. Just been too cold in PA to install yet.Bu some arrow dynamics is needed. The Jeep is just three months old and took out my first windshield.

Got this for the wife’s jeep for Xmas. The supplied 2 piece hood brackets that fit into the factory holes are very poorly designed. They fit loose and the screws cannot properly tighten before they strip out in the soft plastic. A single thicker properly sized snap in plug would not even fit better but be more robust for thread engagement for the screws. It’s been on the jeep now for 3 weeks and one of the tabs for the screw attachment has broken off. The plastic the main part is made of is very thin and brittle. If it had been made of that same type of plastic as a standard bumper cover or rigid mud flap it would have held up better.i do not recommend this brand and will be looking for an alternative.

Installed and fit as it should. But, there YouTube videos out there that are better than the instructions.
