Here’s a really really neat but also highly specialized jig that most DIYers are unlikely to find a need for, but will prove very useful for higher production shops that press a lot of bearings. You’re basically getting a nicely machined 8x10x1.5″ block of powdercoated steel, plus another block on top for fine-tuning your setup, plus five standoffs of various sizes to give you lots of adjustability in terms of how you want to support your hub or knuckle. This jig can certainly be used for pressing items besides steering knuckles, but that’s really its primary use since they’re often cast in strange shapes that don’t lend themselves to being laid flat on the work surface of a press.Cons? Well, if I’m going to nitpick, there’s a few. They’re mostly just personal preference though. The thread size they chose is m16x2.0, which is… not the most common size out there in the US. It would be really cool if they could have just gone with 5/8-11 which is a much much easier size to find in hardware stores, and would allow a lot of possibilities for when you inevitably have to make customized standoffs for some weird specialized purpose. I understand this is mostly the result of this being a Chinese made item, and it’s likely sold in multiple countries not all of which have cheaply available SAE hardware…. but for an American it is quite annoying. I’m not even sure any of my local hardware stores carry metric fasteners that large.The other issue is that the standoffs themselves are likely going to be too large of a diameter to fit inside any pre-existing bolt-holes in the workpiece, so if you don’t fabricate some custom adapters then you’re going to have to find some flat spots to rest it on and just hope it doesn’t slip. I’d really like to see some step-downs with some smaller pins.Other than that, it’s a great piece of specialty equipment for a fine price.

Great machining, very useful stand offs. Makes that awkwardly shaped item much easier to hold. Currently using in my mill.

Used on press in Automotive shop. Pressing out front wheel bearing out of spindle. Takes a little time to set up. But works great.

So I’ve looked at this for years and finally decided to get this. And I have to say it’s worth having for ease of use and the safety of not having things go flying. If your like me stacking things, yeah that can become a projectile. This makes pressing a lot easier and safer all the way around. Also suggest getting the flange separator like show in the picture.
