I welded it onto my trailer, but unfortunately it fell off after only one week of use. It was very dangerous

These d ring tie downs are rated for 10,000 pounds each. The d rings are forged and then treated to prevent rusting and they have the weight rating stamped onto the surface for D.O.T inspections. The steel hoops are bent into a u shape and the bend gives lots of weld surface at the ends. These are a great value and they can be used with chains, straps or ropes.
