I received the wheel stand in a cardboard box that contained the product in its original box. No damage to the boxes at all. However, the stand metal parts inside were all marked up and scratched. The wrinkle finish powder coat was chipping and flaking off. Poor low quality powder coat. In some areas the finish is thin and can see surface rust on the steel

Clever idea but… packaging is not sealed well enough for weight of the parts. Some damage to finish just from going through the mail. Finish coating seems to be thin and low quality. The included hardware is really an odd choice of parts. The domed cap nuts are not any standard metric or Imperial size. The grip area on these nuts is very small/thin. Tightening the screws for the rollers is awkward as everything wants to turn. Once assembled, and even with the hardware securely tightened, the vertical part of the stand is rather wobbly. Not enough bracing. Does not inspire confidence. Clearly designed with the mindset of “form over function.”

Installation is pretty easy with the schematic provided. You’ll need 10mm and 14mm wrenches or sockets and a Phillips screwdriver or drill driver. It ships in a flimsy box and the plastic hardware bag is very thin and it tore so I lost one lock washer. The wheel stand feels sturdy and nice. Good quality for the money.

Does it’s job. Little vague putting it together and wheels can walk off, but it is adjustable, and I may not have found the sweet spot. Only real issue is lack of handle to move it around

Used it recently to clear thick mud off the inside of two wheels stuck in 2ft deep muck. Made the job much easier. Just pulled up a stool, place the wheel on the roller stand and got to work.

Just like many other reviews, mine arrived with a woefully inadequate box that was split open with parts falling out. When I opened it, it fell into two pieces.Upon trying to build I found that the drilled holes were neither parallel nor aligned, so the product could not be built. This is beyond poor workmanship.Contacted the seller; sent pictures. No help whatsoever.Seller actually said people only complain nowadays when I pointed out lots of reviewers had mentioned the bad packaging. Seller also said all they could do was send and ‘hope’ it got to customer OK and blamed couriers!Seller then blamed the distributor and refused to help. Luckily Amazon stepped in and processed my refund and compensation.Do not buy this item unless you want the same experience that I’ve had – ie fighting with an awful seller over an awful product for nearly a month!

I’m on my second stand now they’re not bad but it would be a lot better if they give you a warranty at least a year
