After wasting a bunch of money on Espar/Webasto type diesel heat solutions which are very loud and smelly I decided to abandon diesel heat and go with a more conventional and widely used RV solution by buying the Suburban NT-20SEQ. This furnace blows the doors off the Atwood furnace I had in my slide in camper. There is no loud “Tick” when the furnace is sparking as with my old Atwood, and during operation the fan is all you hear. From the outside its practically undetectable and you have to be standing right next to your exhaust port to hear it. This is important to me as I have a stealth campervan conversion. Most importantly it keeps my 23 foot long van with 6 foot ceilings toasty with ease

I am very pleased with this furnace. It is super easy to setup and works very well. Though dont let the title lie to you it is a 19,000 btu not 20,000. It heats up my uninsulated garage from 30 degrees to 60 degrees in about 40 minutes. I’m very happy with this unit and would buy more if I ever need it

I converted my 20′ trailer to a trailer/sleeper. I was looking for a way to heat my trailer without going electric (as I don’t like “camping” around areas with power). I built a box for this per the specs in the manual, and have it hooked up to my trailer with a Goal Zero Yeti 12500 (more like 1500 since I replaced the battery). It draws about 37 Watts when running, and a little more when igniting. In about 30+ minutes (depending on the temperature) I can heat my 8×20 cargo trailer (insulated) up to 60-70 degrees. I haven’t used it in really cold weather yet (ie. 0 degrees F)The installation took longer than I expected, but that is just because I had to build a box for it, run all of the gas lines and electrical, install the thermostat, and so forth. My biggest worry was the comparability with my solar generator. The manual claims that if you hook it up wrong you can fry the electronics, but everything works well.I would buy it again. The price on Amazon is awesome too. Locally this costs me twice as much. I then found out who the seller was. Even on their website they charge over $500 for this. The best price I could find on this was Amazon.

I see yellow flame inside that I haven’t been able to figure out how to get rid of. At sea level and now at 7500 feet, I worry about soot building up inside of it, when I see the yellow flame.

UPDATE: 1 month out of warranty it died. The manufacturer got absorbed by some other company and they provide zero support. Literally they told me they don’t support customers and you can only go through a local dealer. None of the dealers will help because you got it on Amazon. Just stear clear of this.Great little unit but the first one didn’t work. Once replaced by the sellar it work fine but that kit was missing parts.

works great, easy to install and reliable. I purchased in late summer 2019, and this heated my 240 sq ft cabin in upstate NY easily, even in the middle of winter. I would recommend.

I bought this item and it did not last long at all before it quit working completely.

when I unpacked the air inlet tube was broken ant fixable, we fabricated a new one from aluminum. The grill was not black like it was shown and it was cracked in two places. Otherwise it works great. It was installed in my fish house.
